The problem
Medical equipment reached Qatari and GCC facilities through a long chain of distributors and freight agents. Every handoff added mark-up and lead time, and when paperwork or stock was wrong, no one was clearly accountable.
What we built
An invite-only procurement portal that gives hospitals and clinics one accountable route to vetted manufacturers, with specifications, compliance documents, and import paperwork assembled before a quote even arrives.

Role-based permissions (primary contact, admin, buyer, viewer) so each facility controls who can request, approve, or just view
